Blas Sánchez and Concepción Muñoz, along with their four children, founded in 1997 the company Frutos Secos San Blas. A familiar project based on illusion, which thanks to effort and daily work, has grown until becoming in a big human equipment that share the same passion.
After 20 years of experience, the main objective of Frutos Secos San Blas is still the same of the first day: the quality of the products and the satisfaction of nuts’ lovers. Because of that, we are always looking for the excellence. We make an effort every day to improve every process as well as having the latest innovations. For this reason we are always working on new product lines, packaging and logistics to satisfy the needs of our most demanding clients.
Our manufacturing process
Our manufacturing process always produces freshly brewed products to satisfy our clients’ needs, maintaining the highest quality. Each stage of production is 100% controlled, from raw materials to points of sale. The raw materials used in Frutos Secos San Blas are 100% natural and have the highest quality. Virgin Olive Oil from Andalucia, is the main protagonist of our fried nuts.
Moreover, tradition continues to prevail in our manufacturing process because every product is elaborated using an artisanal way to achieve high quality in the final nut, maintaining our hallmark: “El Sabor del Sur”.

The most stable fat compared to animal fats and seed oils. Virgin olive oil is rich in oleic acid, as well as in vitamin E and polyphenols that protect our products of oxidation, giving an unique flavour to our products.
